Diet is the obvious starting point in any Anti-Aging program. To begin with, you must drink plenty of water to hydrate your skin and flush out any toxins. Ideally, you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. It is also important to eat the right kind of foods such as plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. There is also plenty of evidence that eating as much raw food as possible can help with the Anti-Aging process.

Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) and Retinoids are found in most Anti-Aging products for good reason. Vitamin A tends to puff up the skin and reduce the depth of wrinkles. Vitamin C helps to boost circulation, aid collagen production and lighten the skin. AHAs speed up the process of shedding dead skin thus improving the skin's appearance.
